Our team had 16 closings in May and 60% of those were buyers. Another 14 new contracts in May set to close in June, of those 80% are buyers. THIS MARKET IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE and it is also NOT another bubble. We have LOW inventory coupled with a MASSIVE amount of people moving to AZ, which drives the prices higher. Sellers are getting great money for their homes but buyers are also getting HISTORICALLY LOW rates for their new loans. The market shows no signs of lower prices, and because our cost of living is significantly lower than many other Metro areas, the amount of people moving here is predicted to only increase. Don’t WAIT just to PAY MORE.
